About Us
In January
2006 a Pink Hatter, who was tired of spending her evenings talking to the dogs,
decided to become a Queen.
She said “I
am sure there are others who would join me”, and so the search began. Much to
the new Queens surprise, the Royal Court grew faster than x-pected. It seems she
was not alone in her quest for some fun.
So with
her new Red Hat Sisters by her side, a world of fun, new friendships, and
x-citing adventures began.
The
X-citing X-centrics is a diverse group of women who vary in ages and
backgrounds, personalities, experiences, and interests. All with one goal
- “Fun, Friendship,
and Frivolity”. (And to get out of the house!)
We
meet twice a month and occasionally more often. Our Chapter activities are held
evenings and weekends.
The
first Monday of each month is our Social.
These are usually hosted or planned by a different member each time. This is
also when we ... shhhh.....conduct any b
u s I n e s s that needs
attending to.
Later
in the month there is an activity or outing. These range from dinner out,
movies, and train trips, to pool parties, bowling, and Bunko. We are always on
the look-out for something fun and different.
